The rules for shopping, stitching, and using Fanzer’s storefront.

Agreement
- By browsing fanzer.shop, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
- If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
Eligibility
- You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable Pakistani law to order from Fanzer.
- You confirm that information you provide (including measurements and delivery details) is accurate and complete.
Products and pricing
- Product images are illustrative; colours and finishes may vary slightly with fabric lots and screen settings.
- Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice for future orders. The price confirmed at checkout applies to that order.
- We reserve the right to correct errors, refuse or cancel orders (for example stock issues, pricing mistakes, or suspected fraud), and will notify you if we do.
Orders and payment
- An order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when we confirm the order and proceed to fulfilment.
- Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include online payment, Cash on Delivery where enabled, or other partners we list.
- For online payments, processing is handled by third-party providers under their terms. Fanzer is not responsible for failures on those platforms beyond reasonable assistance.
Shipping and delivery
- Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary by city, courier capacity, weather, or public holidays.
- Risk in ready-to-wear goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Please check parcels on receipt and report damage promptly.

Custom stitching
- Bespoke and made-to-measure pieces are produced to the measurements, notes, and references you submit.
- Unless we confirm a workmanship fault, custom-stitched garments are non-returnable and non-refundable once work has begun or the piece has been completed to your brief.
- Timelines shared by the atelier are estimates; delays may occur due to fabric availability, fittings, or courier pickup.
Returns and exchanges
- Ready-to-wear may be returned within the window and conditions stated on Shipping & Returns (typically 7 days, unused, tags intact).
- Exchanges depend on stock. Refunds, where approved, are issued to the original payment method or as otherwise agreed for COD orders.
Promotions and affiliates
- Promo codes and affiliate offers are subject to their stated rules, expiry, and exclusions. We may withdraw or modify promotions at any time.
- Abuse of codes (including stacking where not allowed) may result in order cancellation.
Accounts and acceptable use
- Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You may not misuse the site: scrape content at scale, interfere with security, post unlawful material, or impersonate others.
- We may suspend access where we reasonably suspect misuse or fraud.
Intellectual property
- Site content, branding, product photography, and designs are owned by Fanzer or our licensors. You may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit them without written permission.
Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fanzer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products.
- Our aggregate liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
