Agreement

These Terms & Conditions are a contract between you and J&N Fashion (Private) Limited, trading as Fanzer.
The legal name of this business is J&N Fashion (Private) Limited. Our address is 2nd Floor, Commercial Plaza No. 258, Block CC, Citi Housing, Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan.
By browsing fanzer.shop, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

You must be able to form a binding contract under the laws of Pakistan to order from Fanzer.
You confirm that the information you provide, including measurements and delivery details, is accurate and complete.

We sell ready-to-wear and unstitched Pakistani fashion, plus optional made-to-measure stitching. Product images are illustrative; colour and finish may vary slightly with fabric lots and screens.
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The price shown on the product page and confirmed at checkout is the price for that order.
We may correct pricing or stock errors and may refuse or cancel an order (for example stock issues, an obvious pricing mistake, or suspected fraud). If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund the amount received.

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order and proceed to fulfilment.
Payment at checkout is by bank transfer.
A bank transfer order is accepted after we verify the payment screenshot or transaction id you provide.
You agree to pay the PKR amount confirmed at checkout, including any delivery charge shown before you place the order.

Delivery estimates, charges, tracking, and our stitching service are set out in the Shipping & Service Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Risk in ready-to-wear goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Please check the parcel on receipt and tell us promptly if it is damaged or incomplete.

Bespoke and made-to-measure pieces are produced to the measurements, notes, and references you submit.
Unless we confirm a workmanship fault, custom-stitched garments are non-returnable and non-refundable once work has begun or the piece has been completed to your brief.
Atelier timelines are estimates. Fabric availability, fittings, or courier pickup can change the date.

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellation are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Ready-to-wear may be returned within the window and conditions on that page (typically 7 days, unused, tags intact).
Where a refund is approved, it is paid by bank transfer once we have your account details.

Promo codes and affiliate offers follow their stated rules, expiry, and exclusions. We may withdraw or change a promotion at any time.
Misuse of codes, including stacking where it is not allowed, may result in the order being cancelled.

Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You may not misuse the site: scrape content at scale, interfere with security, post unlawful material, or impersonate someone else.
We may suspend access where we reasonably suspect misuse or fraud.

Site content, the Fanzer name, product photography, and designs are owned by J&N Fashion (Private) Limited or our licensors. You may not copy or commercially exploit them without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by Pakistani law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or the products.
Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited (including fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you.

We may update these Terms & Conditions. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
