Shipping & Service Policy

How Fanzer delivers ready-to-wear across Pakistan, and the stitching and customer-care services that come with an order.

Shipping coverage

J&N Fashion (Private) Limited, trading as Fanzer, delivers to addresses within Pakistan. We do not currently ship outside Pakistan.
You must provide a complete delivery address, city, and a working Pakistani phone number at checkout so the courier can reach you.

Any delivery charge is shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) on the checkout page before you pay.
Where checkout shows delivery as complimentary, no shipping fee is added to that order.
Remote areas or a re-delivery after a failed attempt may take longer. If an extra courier charge would apply, we will tell you before we proceed.

Ready-to-wear is typically delivered within 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your city, courier capacity, weather, and public holidays.
Dispatch itself usually follows order confirmation and, for bank transfer orders, payment verification. These windows are estimates, not a guaranteed date.
Custom stitching timelines are confirmed when the atelier accepts your request. They are separate from ready-to-wear dispatch.

We pack orders for courier handoff across Pakistan. Risk in ready-to-wear passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.
Please inspect the parcel on receipt. If it arrives damaged, incomplete, or is the wrong article, contact us within 48 hours with your order ID and photos so we can arrange a remedy.
You can follow an order on the Track Order page with your order ID and phone number. No account is required. We also send updates by email, SMS, or WhatsApp when those channels are available.

Besides ready-to-wear, Fanzer offers a bespoke stitching service: you share measurements, notes, and reference images or a voice note. Where pickup is offered, our rider collects your fabric and a well-fitting sample, we stitch to your brief, and we deliver within Pakistan.
Stitching is requested through the Stitching Service page or the custom option on eligible products. The price, including any stitching surcharge, is shown in PKR before you confirm.
The service covers workmanship to the measurements and references you supply. It does not include redesigns outside the agreed brief. Fit that follows incorrect measurements you provided is not a fault in the service.
Once stitching has started, the service cannot be cancelled for a change of mind. Workmanship faults are handled under our Refund Policy.

Customer care covers order questions, delivery updates, size guidance, returns, and stitching status. Reach us at hello@fanzer.shop or +92 327 6870005. We aim to reply within one working day.
Care does not include alterations by third-party tailors after delivery, except where we have agreed a remedy for a fault.
Size charts for ready-to-wear are on the Size Guide. Choosing a size remains your responsibility; the chart is a guide.

Checkout takes payment by bank transfer. Send the amount shown, then upload a screenshot of the payment.
We dispatch after that payment is verified. Keep the PKR amount and your order ID handy if we need to confirm the transfer.
