  • Order and payment context: products ordered, amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), coupon or affiliate codes, and the payment method you select. For bank transfer, we keep the screenshot or transaction id you send so we can verify the payment.
  • Stitching requests: measurements, size preferences, fabric pickup details, voice notes, and reference media you upload.
  • Technical data: device type, browser, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, and referral or campaign parameters (for example UTM tags) to run and improve the storefront.
  • Communications: messages you send via email, phone, WhatsApp, or forms, including support and returns requests.

How we use your information

  • To fulfil orders, arrange delivery across Pakistan, process stitching requests, and provide customer support.

  • Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, subject to records we must retain.
