Who we are

Fanzer (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates fanzer.shop and related storefront services for premium Pakistani wear and bespoke stitching.

Account and checkout details: name, email, phone, shipping address, city, and order notes you provide.
Order and payment context: products ordered, amounts, coupon or affiliate codes, and payment method selected. Card details are processed by our payment partners — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Stitching requests: measurements, size preferences, fabric pickup details, voice notes, and reference media you upload.
Technical data: device type, browser, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, and referral or campaign parameters (for example UTM tags) to improve the storefront and measure marketing.
Communications: messages you send via email, WhatsApp, or forms, including support and returns requests.

To fulfil orders, arrange delivery, process stitching requests, and provide customer support.
To send transactional messages (order confirmation, shipping updates, stitching status).
With your consent or where permitted, to send marketing about new collections, atelier openings, and offers — you can unsubscribe at any time.
